We absolutely loved being backstage with Scott Studenberg and John Targon — Co-Founders of Baja East — at NYFW last week alongside celebrity esthetician Eileen Harcourt! We provided Scott, John and their fabulous runway models with a bit of pre-show rejuvenation by way of our Micro-Current Energizing Eye Patches, FlashPatch™ Eye Gels and FlashMasque™ Facial
Sheets. We sat down with Scott and John for an exclusive
interview and are thrilled to be able to share it with you! Enjoy! What is your typical daily skincare routine?Scott:  I wash my face with a cleanser and use a moisturizer because I do not have a lot of time in the morning.

John:  I exfoliate every day and use the Patchology Energizing Eye Patches!
What is the typical day for you two?S&J:  Every day is totally different.  I
will be in Los Angeles while John is in New York or vice versa.  We
often spend our time on phone calls and driving in the mornings
discussing everything from press to design to
production.  We cannot get through a day without our morning coffee! What are some fall fashion trends you both are expecting to see this season?S&J:  We are obsessed with the harem
pant and are also loving the wide-leg cropped pant this season.  We
previously created a flowy cashmere pant for pre-fall and cropped gator
pant that are both amazing.
What was the inspiration behind your collection this year?
S&J:  We were inspired by the fine art
component and took the next steps into what prints we wanted in the
collection that were geared towards this vision.  In the past, we have
done a lot of tribal prints, but started
looking more into stripe patterns in woven cotton and silk as well as
Moroccan-inspired items with fringe detail.  We also looked to play on
what the “new neutrals” are such as sand, beige, and grey.  We are always drawn to different shades of blue so in knitwear,
we created a sun-bleached denim with lycra that looks like wearable denim.Which designer or individual has had the largest impact on your careers?S&J:  Helmut Lang and definitely street style.  We love watching what people are wearing on the street in Los Angeles. What items do you have to pack with you in your suitcase for these trips?S&J:  We always use Patchology
Energizing Eye Patches on the plane!  Baja East eye masks are amazing
and we always wear them to sleep whether we are flying or at home.
Lastly, something cashmere! What has been your favorite Red Carpet look thus far this Awards season?S&J:  Jane Fonda in Balmain was epic and Taylor Swift also looked amazing at the Grammy Awards!Thank you so much, Scott & John!
