Pucker up! After a LIP expert reveals how to rehab your pout for Valentine's Day, shop scrubs, masks and balms that will help you exfoliate and hydrate

When Sara Happ created her eponymous beauty brand in 2005, it was based on a personal problem she desperately wanted to solve: chapped lips.
'After reading "exfoliate lips with a wet washcloth or toothbrush" for the twentieth time, knowing I had a scrub for every part of my body but my lips, I decided I’d just have to make it myself,' she writes on her site.
With that her popular Lip Scrub was born, and ever since women have been sharing their pout problems and pet-peeves with her.
Every day the LA-based entrepreneur says she hears women complain that their lips are 'always dry', or that they 'peel and crack', which causes them to pick at them and make the problem worse.
Patchology Lip Service
While some lip glosses can feel more sticky than nourishing and balms can feel too blah, Patchology's new formula, which has hyaluronic acid, aloe and honey, combines the best of both. It starts as a gloss and then slowly melts down into a balm.
