What do you do at Patchology?
I am responsible for managing our online community and providing exceptional customer service to all of our customers. I engage with customers on our website and across various social media platforms and respond to their inquiries, comments, and concerns. I also works closely with the digital and marketing teams to develop strategies for the brand's social media channels and coordinate giveaways, promotions, and other events to increase customer engagement and loyalty. Ultimately, as the Community Management Coordinator I am responsible to be the voice of our customers internally. It's an important role in maintaining a positive brand image and fostering a strong relationship between the brand and all of our Patchology community out there!
What's the coolest thing about your role at Patchology?
I get to talk directly to our lovely consumers every day.
Your favorite Patchology product(s) and why?
Lip Service Gloss to Balm Treatment & the Roll Models. Lip service was the very first product I got to try. I love how long it lasts and my lips feel smooth and hydrating for hours! I've shared it with my friends and they are equally obsessed. For our Roll Models, as soon as I saw the packaging I fell in love. Of course, I got a nostalgic feeling because they remind me of the roll-on lip gloss my mom used to buy me as a kid. I also love how easy and convenient they are. And come on, have you seen the glow after one use? Can you say ✨RAZZLE DAZZLE ✨
Favorite self-care activity that you practice weekly?
Reading. I love curling up on the couch with a blanket, a good book, and tea. Bonus points if there's a candle. Ahh the cozy vibes. 🥰
What are three personal facts about you?
I love traveling. I'm making it my life goal to visit every single state and of course, visit many many countries.
I love spending my free time with my family and friends. You make the best memories with the people you love and my people are absolute comedians. Never a dull moment.
This is the part where I profess my love for Harry Styles, but I'll keep it short. The man is a genius. The music, the moves, the outfits, the performances, the positive vibes - I mean his phrase is "Treat People With Kindness". Come on! What a gem. 💎
