Shipping Policy

Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Patchology offers free shipping on all US orders of $50 or more placed on our website.

Just because shipping is free on US orders of $50 or more doesn’t mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order immediately. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your items within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Please note: Patchology does ship to most International destinations. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically during checkout.

Refunds and Returns

At Patchology, we want you to be absolutely thrilled about your experience with our products.

If you are not satisfied with any products you purchased from Patchology, simply call our customer love team at (888) 243–0646 or email us at customerlove@patchology.com. We will immediately make arrangements for your return and you will be credited for the full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of receipt.

Our View on Animal Testing

At Patchology, we’re committed to reducing our impact on the planet. Part of our commitment includes animal welfare. Since we launched in 2013, we have been bringing you products that have never been tested on animals. To support our commitment, we are proudly certified Animal Test-Free by PETA. We do not test any of our products on animals and we do not knowingly purchase ingredients that have been tested on animals. We request that our vendors, chemists, ingredients suppliers, manufacturers and formulators comply with our standards. You can learn more about what our PETA certification means on their website.

Visa Gift Cards (or other types of prepaid credit card gift cards) as a Payment Option

Before using, you will need to register the gift card. To register, either call the issuer, or visit their website. This information should have been supplied to you by the issuer when you received the card. It may also be printed on the back of the card. When you make an online or phone purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card in order to avoid declines. You can verify or update your information by visiting the card issuer’s website, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card materials.
