Shipping Policy

Patchology offers free shipping on all domestic orders $25+, placed on our website. 

 We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order immediately. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your items within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Please note: Patchology does ship to most non-US International destinations. Shipping charges will be calculated automatically during checkout.

Refunds and Returns

What’s your return policy?
At Patchology, we want you to be absolutely thrilled about your experience with our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered! Simply email us at with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll provide you with a return label. Send your unopened package back to us and we will refund you in full to your original form of payment. All returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. How long will it take to process my return?
You can expect to see a full refund within 5-10 business days.

I received the wrong product. What should I do now?
Please contact and we’ll be sure to get you the Patchology product(s) you ordered.

What if I purchased my Patchology product(s) from another retailer?
Only items purchased at will be accepted for return. Please be sure to contact the retailer you purchased from to arrange for a return or exchange.

Our View on Animal Testing

Patchology is committed to bringing you products that are not tested on animals.  We do not test any of our products on animals and we do not knowingly purchase ingredients that have been tested on animals. We request that our vendors, chemists, ingredients suppliers, manufacturers and formulators comply with our beliefs.

Visa Gift Card (or Other Types of Prepaid Credit Card Gift Cards) as a Payment Options

Before using, you will need to register the gift card. To register, either call the issuer, or visit their website. This information should have been supplied to you by the issuer when you received the card. It may also be printed on the back of the card. When you make an online or phone purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card in order to avoid declines. You can verify or update your information by visiting the card issuer’s website, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card materials.
