PATCH & PLAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility

The Patch & Play Event (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who registered their email address to enter to win (players will be prompted to enter their email at the end of each game). Employees of Patchology (Rare Beauty Brands), subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to win prizes. Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on January 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Seven mini-games will launch throughout the Promotion Period.

3. How to Participate

No purchase is necessary.

To Play:

1. Visit patchology.com/pages/patch-play during the Promotion Period.

2. Enter your email address when prompted at the end of each game to be eligible for prizes.

3. Play each mini-game as it becomes available.

4. Players receive:

   - Points for completing each game

   - Automatic entry into that game’s prize drawing

   - A reward or offer for participating, even if they do not win

4. Earning Points & Leaderboard

Players earn points for completing each mini-game.

A cumulative leaderboard will show all players who completed all seven (7) games.

Only players who complete all games and appear on the cumulative leaderboard are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

Points have no cash value.

5. Grand Prizes

Three (3) Grand Prize winners will be selected based on the highest cumulative scores among eligible participants who completed all games. In the event of a tie for any prize level, winners will be chosen at random from the tied participants.

3rd Place – Me-Time Essentials Bundle

Winners selected on or around January 30, 2025.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via email. If a winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate may be selected.

7. Rewards for All Players

Each game includes a “non-winner reward,” such as promo codes or special offers. Rewards are non-transferable and may have expiration dates or redemption limits.

8. General Conditions

Patchology reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other issues interfere with integrity or fairness.

9. Limitation of Liability

Patchology is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or device damage. Entrants release Patchology from liability related to participation or prize use.

10. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Patchology’s Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the Promotion.
